These Terms of Use govern your use of the Buzzy Spelling Garden app (“Buzzy”) published by GEM CREATORS (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Buzzy, you agree to these terms.
Buzzy is an educational spelling game for children, used under a parent or guardian’s supervision. Purchases and account decisions must be made by an adult.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Buzzy on devices you own or control, for family and educational use. You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or use Buzzy for commercial resale without our written permission.
Core play is free. Optional full access (monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or lifetime unlock) is sold through Apple App Store or Google Play and managed by those stores. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the store account settings. Prices are shown in the app at purchase time. Payment processing, refunds, and billing support are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Progress and settings are stored on the device. We may update game content, modes, and free/premium availability over time. “All future adventures” means new worlds we add to Buzzy’s full-access entitlement while you remain entitled, not a guarantee of any specific release schedule.
Do not misuse Buzzy, attempt to break its security, or use it in a way that harms other users or our service. Optional camera and microphone features (AR play, custom flash-card voice) require your permission and stay on-device unless a feature clearly says otherwise.
Buzzy is provided “as is” for learning and play. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under local consumer law.
